Salary: £36,000 + Uncapped Commission
Reports to: Apprenticeships Manager

Access Industry is seeking a motivated Account Manager to support the growth of our apprenticeship programmes through strong employer partnerships across the creative and cultural sectors.

The role focuses on developing and selling apprenticeship opportunities, helping employers build talent pipelines and upskill staff through high quality training programmes. Priority standards include Creative Industries Production Technician, Event Coordinator and Cultural Learning & Participation Officer, alongside a wider portfolio of professional apprenticeships.

You will be responsible for developing employer relationships, generating apprenticeship opportunities and supporting organisations to maximise apprenticeship funding opportunities across Levy and Non Levy employers.

Essential experience includes:

Experience in apprenticeship sales, employer engagement or apprenticeship recruitment
Strong understanding of the UK apprenticeship funding landscape including Levy and Non Levy employers
Strong communication, networking and relationship building skills
Ability to manage a pipeline and work towards commercial targets

Benefits include:

£36,000 base salary
Uncapped commission paid the month following apprenticeship enrolments
Flexible working with remote working and occasional office attendance

Location

Home based with one day per week in the office when required, alongside employer meetings and external engagement.
